The Quebec Nordiques joined the NHL in 1979 after moving from the World Hockey Association (WHA), bringing top-level professional hockey back to Quebec City. The team became known for its distinct blue and red logo, inspired by Quebec’s provincial identity and Nordic symbolism. During the late 1980s and early 1990s, the Nordiques drafted and developed several players who would later become core stars in the NHL. Despite strong on-ice potential, the franchise struggled financially in a small market, leading to its relocation in 1995. The move to Colorado resulted in an immediate Stanley Cup win, making the Nordiques one of the most cited examples of what might have been in hockey history.

A Length

Place the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the garment (high point shoulder). Pull the tape to the bottom of the item.

B Width

Place the end of a measuring tape at one side of the chest area and pull the tape across to the other side of the product.

C Sleeve length

Place the end of a measuring tape at the center back of the collar, then pull the tape along the top seam of the sleeve. When you get to the shoulder hold the tape in place at the shoulder and continue to pull down the sleeve until you reach the hem of the sleeve.
